DamuMed is a mobile application for those who can't stand endless queues in polyclinics and try to avoid them in every possible way. This client can be used by residents of large cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Making an appointment

With the help of DamuMed application you can easily and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor. A patient can make an application for an appointment with the necessary specialist or call a doctor at home - it all depends on the state of health. In the first case, the appointment is made in accordance with the doctor's work schedule, and in the second case, the patient himself indicates a convenient time of visit. You can get emergency care by clicking on the "Quick Response" button. This service is available to such categories:

• pregnant women;
• parents of children under 5 years of age;
• patients on study.

Past appointments are recorded in the app and alerts are sent to remind you of the date of the next appointment. Among other things, you can view prescriptions and test results in DamuMed. If you are unable to attend an appointment at a certain time, you can use functions such as rescheduling or canceling appointments. By taking advantage of this feature, the patient loses nothing.

About using

Some functions of the mobile application are available for use without authorization in the personal account and even without registration. Such functions include:

• making an appointment with a specialist;
• making a request for an on-site appointment.

The account allows you to view your reservation and also gives you access to electronic documentation. A very important point - the application will not help to make an appointment online if the medical institution does not use the DamuMed information system.
