FileFriend

FileFriend application contains a set of tools for working with files. It is possible to split large files into parts, put them back together and encrypt data.

Tools

All available modes are conveniently divided into tabs. The main panel allows you to split a large file into parts of a certain size for convenient work. To return to the original parameters, just press one button. Tools for protecting files are provided. You can activate encryption with the required parameters, there is an opportunity to add a password. The function of hiding a document in a graphic file with JPEG extension is implemented. This method allows you to reliably hide the document from outsiders, the data is encrypted by changing individual pixels. At the same time, the picture is opened in the normal mode, it is difficult to notice the changes visually.

Functions

A module for comparing files with full report output is built in. For the convenience of work, integration with Google Drive cloud catalog is provided. This allows you to organize access to files from any device, it is enough to authorize in the cloud service. It is worth considering that the maximum size of a file that can be divided into parts is 4 gigabytes. The interface is implemented in the tab format, which allowed to conveniently divide the functionality into logical blocks. All the main tools are placed on the main panel in the upper part of the window. This allows to simplify the interface, only the tools that are necessary at the moment are displayed. Installation is not required, the program is portable.
