Usage

After installing and launching the program, you should enter the main menu. Several deletion modes are available, the first method uses a standard overwrite. It should be taken into account that it implies superficial deletion. More reliable second option - complete removal of all traces, which guarantees the impossibility of recovery. In the process of work, several passes are performed, which provides a guarantee of removal.

Beginning of work

At the initial stage it is necessary to prepare a set of files to be deleted. The specified items are added to the list on the main panel. There are no restrictions on file type, size, or number of files - you can add videos, documents, personal photos, archives, and so on. After the list is generated and checked, you need to start the process by clicking on the corresponding button. The current progress of the work will be displayed in the window, and a notification will be displayed after completion. For more reliable removal, several passes are used, in the settings you can specify up to 7 cycles. After this mode, all traces of the original magnetization pattern will be removed from the disk surface. It is important to remember that when deleting files using OS tools, only the corresponding entries in the file system table are deleted. This allows special programs to restore them relatively easily. The file itself in this situation remains in its place until it is overwritten by other data.
