Shutter is a computer program that can be used on Windows devices. The toolkit allows you to automate various actions on a laptop or desktop computer. It is possible to customize the activation of scenarios under specific conditions or at specific times. The application has an intuitive interface translated into Russian.

Scenarios

With the help of a computer utility, the user can create a list of scenarios for the automatic execution of various operations. Among other things, you can customize the following actions:

• Disabling the display;
• Turning on a certain program;
• Going to sleep;
• Performing a reboot;
• Playing a specific sound;
• Creating a screenshot;
• Closing an open window;
• Starting a screensaver;
• Shutting down the device;

Different actions have different parameters that the user can change. For example, the program may allow you to select a screen saver or specify the location where screen shots will be stored.

Execution conditions

Having completed the selection and setting of the scenario, the person will have to make a list of conditions under which the desired action will be triggered. The computer program offers two types of triggers. The first is the activation of scenarios at a certain time. In this case, the user will need to create a schedule for triggering the action. The second type of conditions are specific events. For example, a person is able to develop a scenario for the device to go to sleep when there is no activity for an hour.
