OneNote

OneNote is a free application for Android smartphones from Microsoft. The program is a notepad with the ability to write notes and work on them with other people. It is possible to enter data using a stylus or the phone keyboard. There is integration with Outlook mail service.

Notes

The application allows you to create numbered and bulleted lists. This feature is useful for writing lists of tasks, purchases at the store, or other lists. You can also search and sort notes by the time they were created or by name. You can create a folder to combine similar files. The program allows you to add drawings. There is also support for scanning handwritten pages and other images with words. To do this, you need to give the program permission to access the smartphone camera. As a result, it will be possible to point the phone's lens at a piece of paper, sign, or other place with text. The app will detect the text in the photo and transfer it to a note. In order for the app to work, you need to sign in to your Microsoft account. After that, most of the program's features will become available to the user. Office 365 subscription holders will have access to additional features: dictation, playback, stickers, math and research assistant.

Collaboration

The application has a function of multiple users working together on a single note. To do this, you need to share the file with other people of your choice. After that, all changes in the note will be automatically synchronized on all devices. Such a feature will be useful when you need to quickly exchange thoughts and brainstorm.
