aSc TimeTables

aSc TimeTables is a software for creating timetables for different educational institutions, including colleges, schools and gymnasiums. There is functionality to optimize the workload of students and teachers. The utility has an easy to learn Russian language interface. To run the program you need a desktop or laptop based on Windows XP or newer.

Timetable

The user can start developing a training schedule immediately after opening the computer utility. The schedule is created in a step-by-step mode. The first thing the program will ask the user to specify the basic data about the educational institution. Such information includes: the number of school days in a week, the number of students and so on. With the help of the computer program, the user is able to form schedules of classes for any period of time - from one week to a whole year. In addition, the utility allows you to create personalized plans for each individual student or pupil with the distribution of additional classes. The program functionality is also useful for controlling the workload of the teaching staff. A user can limit the number of classes a teacher can teach per day. At the last step of the schedule generation, the user needs to add the names of academic disciplines, teachers' names and classroom numbers. The ready version of the schedule can be printed on a printer or converted to XLS or PDF.

The program has a number of additional features. For example, a person can activate the check of the created schedule for errors, excessive load and so on. In addition, the computer utility provides an opportunity to enable an economical mode of resource consumption of the device being used.
