Krita is a mobile adaptation of the well-known program for digital drawing and photo editing. It allows you to draw and process images on Android devices such as smartphones and tablets.

The open-source rasterized graphic editor offers the same interface and functionality as its desktop counterpart. This app provides access to professional tools and is a free alternative to programs such as Adobe Photoshop и Corel Painter this application has more than 200 tools including brush editing tools, a variety of filters and layers, and many other features. It also supports various color schemes such as RGBA, Gray, CMYKA, Law, YCbCr, and XYZ. You can create a canvas yourself by setting the width, height, and background color options, or choose one of the available templates. The app also provides transparent textures that you can use while drawing. You can use various tools such as pen, rectangles, ovals, roundings, strokes, dots, points, blurs, broken lines and even fire effect.

Installation

The program interface was adapted to work on tablets, Chromebooks and similar devices with wide screens. Because of this feature, it is impossible to install the editor directly from the app store on most smartphones. To solve this problem, you need to activate developer mode on your mobile device and go to advanced settings. Then you need to set the value of 700 dpi in the "Minimum width" section. After that, download the apk file of the app and install it manually. Once the installation is complete, you will be able to use the app in both vertical and horizontal mode. It is important to remember that making changes in developer mode may entail some risks. Additionally, it's worth noting that the app is in early access at the time of writing this review.
