The gMote utility for Windows allows you to customize its control settings by creating several gestures and setting a specific action when each gesture is performed. In addition, the application allows you to create several profiles that are used in different programs.

Gestures

After launching the utility, you need to customize the control parameters by clicking on the Create gesture button and then drawing a gesture on the right side of the main window using the cursor. There is an option to set the duration of the pause before starting the operation. In addition, users can create configurations for various programs. Once a set of gestures has been added, it is necessary to specify the executable file with which this profile will be used.

Actions

Next, you need to assign actions. The application provides the ability to launch a browser, open links to websites, minimize and close windows, and perform a number of other operations. The option of linking a set of gestures to a specific application, for example, Microsoft Word, is supported. In this case, users can copy text to the clipboard, perform formatting, open a document, insert an image and cancel the last action performed. There are notifications about successful gesture recognition and an option to display the mouse cursor path.
